What are AMORA Credits?

AMORA Credits are units used to access eligible services and offerings within the AMORA ecosystem, such as coaching sessions, training, consultations, and select products. Credits are part of a structured membership experience and are not a cash wallet or stored-value gift card.

How do I get credits?

AMORA Credits are included exclusively through an active membership. Credits cannot be purchased on a standalone basis outside of membership.

Do my credits expire?

Credits are intended to be used as part of your active membership experience. Any applicable timing, usage windows, or forfeiture terms will be disclosed in your membership agreement and enrollment materials.

Can I get a refund on credits?

Membership fees, program fees, and issued credits are generally non-refundable, except where required by applicable law. If California law applies and a qualifying balance is below the legal threshold, you may request cash redemption to the extent required by law.

Can I transfer my credits to someone else?

No. Credits are non-transferable and may only be used by the member to whom they were issued, unless AMORA Life expressly authorizes otherwise in writing.

Do credits have cash value?

Credits do not have cash value and are not redeemable for cash, except where redemption is required by applicable law.

What happens if I cancel my membership?

Depending on your membership terms, access to the AMORA ecosystem may end upon cancellation, and unused credits may be forfeited unless otherwise required by law or specifically stated in your agreement.

What can I use credits for?

Credits may be applied toward eligible AMORA services and offerings, which may include personal training, coaching sessions, small group sessions, wellness consultations, and select AMORA products or experiences, subject to availability and current program rules.

Does AMORA Life provide medical services?

No. AMORA Life provides coaching, training, and accountability support. Any medical services, lab work, evaluations, diagnoses, or prescriptions are provided solely by independent licensed medical providers and their teams.

How do I know which program is right for me?

If you want flexible support and ongoing accountability, membership is a strong place to start. If you want a more guided and intensive transformation experience, the AMORA Precision Program™ may be a better fit.

AMORA Life provides coaching, training, and accountability support. Medical services, evaluations, and prescriptions are provided solely by appropriately licensed independent professionals and entities. Final legal language should be reflected in your membership agreement, terms and conditions, and program disclosures.
